Simon has been a General Practice chartered surveyor since 1998 advising clients on commercial property matters including lease negotiations, development, and planning. He developed commercial properties in London and the South-East before moving into the energy space and founding Low Carbon Alliance Limited in 2010. Simon is experienced in developing renewable energy projects and advising on implementing energy initiatives across commercial property portfolios covering financial appraisals, legal structures, permitting, and planning.
