Kieran is a Mechanical and Electrical engineer with over 24 years of design experience. In the past 8 years, he has worked exclusively in property management consultancy and applies his engineering experience to resolving difficult issues with buildings performance, comfort, and energy use. He also advises on energy strategy for large estates including a wide range of low-carbon and renewable electricity and heating projects. Kieran is a qualified ESOS assessor and provides energy legislation advice and compliance services such as Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards and SECR.
