ANTI SLAVERY AND HUMAN TRAFFICKING POLICY
Modern slavery is a crime and a violation of fundamental human rights. Low Carbon Alliance Limited is committed to the principles of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and the abolition of modern slavery and human trafficking.
As an organisation that believes passionately in our people, our objective is to ensure that modern slavery and human trafficking is not used in our operations or in our supply chain. We are committed to implementing systems and controls which will ensure this.
This policy applies to all persons working on behalf of Low Carbon Alliance Limited; this includes directors, agency workers, contractors and suppliers.
If Low Carbon Alliance Limited becomes aware of any contractor, supplier or any individuals working on our behalf found to have breached this policy appropriate action will be taken.
This statement is published in line with section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
